Meat Roll Recipe 🍽️

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground meat
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper, spices (turmeric, cumin, paprika)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, spices, and cheese (optional).
  2. Shape the Roll: Spread the meat mixture on parchment paper or plastic wrap, forming a rectangle. Optionally, add hard-boiled eggs, sautéed vegetables, or mushrooms in the center.
  3. Roll: Use parchment or plastic to roll the meat tightly, sealing all edges well.
  4. Cook: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the roll on all sides, or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-60 minutes. Brush with tomato paste during baking.
  5. Serve: Let the roll rest, then slice and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or salad. Enjoy!
