Latest Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ladyfinger biscuits: 250g
- Mascarpone cheese: 250g
- Whipped cream: 200ml
- Eggs: 3
- Sugar: 120g
- Cold espresso coffee: 1 cup
- Cocoa powder: as needed
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cream: Whisk egg yolks and sugar until the mixture becomes creamy and light. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well. Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
- Prepare Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and foamy. Carefully fold them into the creamy mixture until smooth.
- Coffee and Biscuits: Briefly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the cold espresso and arrange them in the serving dish.
- Layering: Spread a layer of cream mixture over the soaked biscuits. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cocoa Topping: Dust the top layer of cream with cocoa powder.
- Chill: Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours to let the cream set and flavors meld.
