Latest Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Ladyfinger biscuits: 250g
  • Mascarpone cheese: 250g
  • Whipped cream: 200ml
  • Eggs: 3
  • Sugar: 120g
  • Cold espresso coffee: 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder: as needed
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream: Whisk egg yolks and sugar until the mixture becomes creamy and light. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well. Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  2. Prepare Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and foamy. Carefully fold them into the creamy mixture until smooth.
  3. Coffee and Biscuits: Briefly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the cold espresso and arrange them in the serving dish.
  4. Layering: Spread a layer of cream mixture over the soaked biscuits. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Cocoa Topping: Dust the top layer of cream with cocoa powder.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours to let the cream set and flavors meld.

After this time, your tiramisu is ready to be served. Cut into desired portions and enjoy!
